Our beach comp is on again this year on Saturday 12 August at Mudjimba Beach.
Species and Prizes:
All ANSA listed eligible species. No sharks or rays.
1st Longest eligible fish. $50 voucher
2nd Next longest eligible fish. $30 voucher
3rd $20 voucher – Random draw of eligible species entered via ANSA Qld portal
The fishing boundaries are from 400m south of Mudjimba Surf Club (Beach Access 126) to Pincushion Island at the mouth of the Maroochy River. Competitors must fish from the shore. Waters of the Maroochy River are out of bounds.
All fish must be photographed on a suitable measuring device
Please log all your captures on the ANSA Qld website by the 5th Sep 2023 to be eligible for a prize.
Prizes will be awarded at the members meeting on Tue 12th Sept.
