Thank you for making an application to join the club. There are two ways to make an application for membership.
- In person at one of our members meetings
- Electronically via email
In Person – Simply complete the Membership Application Form via the link below. Print and sign, then present it along with the required membership payment in cash or cheque to the Membership Officer at the next Club Members’ Meeting.
Electronically – Again complete the Membership Application Form via the link below. Enter your name in the signature box and save it to your device. Pay your membership fees directly into the club’s bank account as below. Then forward the completed Membership Application Form and a copy of your Direct Debit Remittance Advice to the Membership Officer email@example.com
PAYMENT METHODS: Cash or Cheque at meeting or Direct Debit electronically.
